Tsavo West is mountainous and swampy. It contains the Shetani Lava, Mzima Springs and the Lake Jipe. It is home to wildlife including giraffes, buffalo, elephant, hippo, and lion among others. The park offers rock climbing services and houses a rhino sanctuary.
Tsavo East, which is slightly larger, is more mountainous with the Yatta Plateau stretching across the park and wetter with a variety of swamps and the Galana River flowing across the park. It is home to a variety of birds due to the presence of trees and scrubs. The park overlooks the Chyulu Hills. The park is a protected area since it is home to the larger mammals including elephants, rhino and buffalos.

Day 1: Nairobi To Tsavo West.
You will be met by our company representative at the pick-up point, who will brief you on the day`s activities. Depart Nairobi enroute to Voi with stop over at Mtito Andei town for lunch while enjoying the scenery. Leave the town, enter Tsavo West National Park camp. Arrival at the hotel for checking in and freshening up, leave the hotel for nature walk around the park and bird watching which is highly encouraged due to the over 600 bird species at the park. You will get to encounter different animals in their natural habitat. Dinner and Overnight stay at Ngulia Lodge.
Day 2: Tsavo West National Park to Tsavo East National Park
Breakfast at the lodge, an enroute game drive as you depart to Tsavo west national park, arrive having an enroute game drive as you proceed to the lodge for check in, lunch and have some leisure time to do your personal things. Afternoon game drive around the park where we will visit mzima springs at the north end of Tsavo west, water from the chyulu hills runs from beneath the lava ridge and forms several natural pools Fringed with palm trees this pools are popular watering holes for birds and African wildlife and also visit Ngulia rhino sanctuary to research the rare black rhino. Inside the park we can be lucky and see some variety of wildlife such as eastern black rhinoceros, elephant, Cape buffalo, hippopotamus, leopard and lion, later to the lodge as the day comes to an end.

Day 3: Tsavo west to Nairobi
After breakfast, check in from the lodge as you to depart to Nairobi where you will have enroute game drive and be able to encounter different animals on your way , you will also have enroute lunch. Arrive in Nairobi and be dropped at a place of your choice and that will be the end of the safari.
